Product updates
In April we focused on improving reliability, beginning with a new status page.
You can now assess the health of our platform in real-time. This status page was designed to keep you updated about planned maintenance, or inform you of any changes in stability.
We invite you to subscribe to our email updates, so you can be the first to know about any incidents or upkeep.
In April we kept scaling our operations. We’ve continued to experience a sharp increase in use because of Covid-19. These unprecedented levels of activity caused some issues for the application during the week of April 20th.
As a response to these issues, our technical team has worked diligently to improve stability. We’ve also put in place an advanced monitoring system to anticipate future complications. Livestorm has committed 100% of our engineering time towards scaling stability. Going forward, you’ll see more advances in usage and reliability.
In April we welcomed four new stormies and planned our second webinar with Front.
On Tuesday, May 12, we’re teaming up with Front to talk about how to manage customer conversations in times of crisis. In the midst of a global pandemic, many businesses have struggled to communicate with their customers. In this webinar, Front and Livestorm explore how they have adapted processes to manage the influx of incoming messages.
If you can’t make the live session, don’t worry! You will still receive the recording if you register. Sign up here.
We’d like to wish a warm welcome to our April hires.
Jennifer joined the sales team as a sales development representative. Born in Spain, she also has German and English roots. She enjoys Latin dance, baking, and yogurt making.
Sébastien also joined the sales team as a sales development representative. After 20 years of living abroad, he’s returned to the land of gastronomy. He enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and playing guitar.
The customer care team gained Christophe. He spent a year as an apprentice butcher and knows his way around a grill, smoker, or barbecue. His island lifestyle lends itself to many hours spent in the ocean!
