The days are getting warmer and summer is almost here. In May we focused on reliability, gained two new teammates, and hosted a webinar with Front.

We've made it easier to delete team members, and continued to improve stability.

Reliability improvements

We’ve continued to dedicate our efforts to improving reliability and stability in the app. You can track the health of our app in real-time with the new status page.

Self-serve workspace and team members deletion

We have just released a new feature that will allow you to delete team members and your workspace inside the dashboard. Before, whenever you wanted to delete your workspace or your profile to join another workspace, you had to ask our customer support to perform the deletion.

With this update, you can perform these actions safely on your end inside your account settings.

Device selection for connectivity test

We’ve improved our connectivity test by letting you select what device you are using when using a test. Before this update, the test used default devices.

Livestorm turns 4!

We celebrated our fourth birthday this month with a virtual “apero”. Our team of 38 is spread across 5 countries, but we came together to celebrate this milestone. We're excited to write the next chapter together!

Webinar with Front

In May we teamed up with Front for a webinar about scaling customer conversations. We discussed strategies like:

  • Keeping NPS stable
  • Pay attention to patterns
  • Notice activated customers
  • Collaborate across teams

The customer care team gained two new stormies this month! We’d like to welcome Tessa to our USA team. Tessa likes to travel, play volleyball, and go to baseball and football games. Jennifer joined as a customer success manager. On top of hanging out with friends and family, cycling (outdoor and indoor) is one of her favorite activities.
