What is PowerPoint?

PowerPoint is a popular presentation tool that allows users to create, edit, present, and export slide decks. Slides can be customized with text, images, diagrams, multimedia, animations, and more to help convey important points. This app is currently available in beta.

Why use the PowerPoint app with Livestorm?

Activating the PowerPoint app in your Livestorm room means you will no longer need to switch windows and use screen share.

You can expect:

• Goodbye Screen Sharing, Hello Seamless Interaction:
  Directly Control PowerPoint in Your Event Room. Eliminate the need for screen sharing by managing your PowerPoint presentations within the Livestorm event room, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted connection with your audience.
• Elevate Your Slides: Embed YouTube for Impactful Presentations.
  Transform your presentations by embedding YouTube videos directly into your slides, enhancing engagement and interactivity for a dynamic and captivating experience.

How to use the PowerPoint app?

The PowerPoint app can be found in the App marketplace or by searching for it via the “Install more” shortcut in your event room’s Apps menu. Use the toggle to enable it for your event!
