What are active contacts?

An active contact is a unique person—whether an external registrant or a team member—who registers for or joins at least one of your Livestorm webinars in a given month.

Even if someone attends multiple events in the same month, they only count once for that month.
Your Livestorm plan includes a yearly quota of active contacts, which you can use flexibly throughout the year (not restricted by month).

Example:
 Let’s say Jane Doe attends 3 of your webinars in March. She counts as 1 active contact for March.
 If she attends another webinar in April, she’ll count as 1 active contact for April too.
 So over the year, Jane will have used 2 active contacts from your annual quota.

Can I add additional active contacts to my subscription at any time?

Yes. If you need more flexibility, you can purchase a package of Extra active contacts on top of your yearly allowance (available on Business and Enterprise plans). These extra contacts can be used at any time during your 12-month subscription period.

Reach out to your account manager to purchase them, or buy directly from your Livestorm billing dashboard.

What are the differences between each plan?

Livestorm Free is free of cost and is a great way to test the platform. Livestorm Pro offers a complete experience: pay depending on the number of active contacts you need. For organizations looking for additional services, choose the Business or Enterprise plan. For more information, check out our pricing.

Does Livestorm offer a free plan?

Sign up to Livestorm to get lifetime access to the Free Plan. You can run as many webinars as you like, for a maximum of 20 minutes per event.

Do you offer pricing per event?

Our offer includes a monthly and annual subscription model. We don't offer pricing per event. However, if you opt for our monthly subscription you will be charged by the month. This means you can cancel your subscription at any time.
