What are active contacts?

An active contact is a unique person (external registrant or team member) who registered or joined one of your Livestorm webinars or meetings.

Active contacts per month are included in your subscription plan and are reset to zero each month.
Create an account or reach out to our Sales team to choose the amount of active contacts per month that fits with your needs.

Can I add additional active contacts to my subscription at any time?

In case your usage of active contacts increases on a given month, a package of Extra active contacts can be purchased in the Business and Enterprise Plans on top of your available active contacts.
Extra active contacts can be used only once during a 12-month period. Reach out to your account manager to purchase extra active contacts, or purchase them directly on your Livestorm billing dashboard.

What are the differences between each plan?

Livestorm Free is free of cost and is a great way to test the platform. Livestorm Pro offers a complete experience: pay depending on the number of active contacts you need. For organizations looking for additional services, choose the Business or Enterprise plan. For more information, check out our pricing.

Does Livestorm offer a free plan?

Sign up to Livestorm to get lifetime access to the Free Plan. You can run as many webinars or meetings as you like, for a maximum of 20 minutes per event.

Do you offer pricing per event?

Our offer includes a monthly and annual subscription model. We don't offer pricing per event. However, if you opt for our monthly subscription you will be charged by the month. This means you can cancel your subscription at any time.
