Does the integration sync in both directions?
No. The sync is one-way only: Livestorm to Brevo CRM.
Can I use Brevo forms to register participants to Livestorm events?
Not in the current version. Registrations must be created in Livestorm, or via external forms or pages (HubSpot Forms, Typeform, custom landing pages) that pass the data into Livestorm. Once the registrant exists in Livestorm, the sync will create or update the corresponding Brevo CRM contact. This is a one-way sync: Brevo does not send data back to Livestorm.
Does this integrate with Brevo’s emailing or messaging features?
No. The integration does not sync email or message performance from Brevo. It only pushes webinar-related data into Brevo CRM Contacts. This includes registration, attendance, and engagement details such as attendance rate or number of questions asked. Campaigns and messaging remain managed directly in Brevo’s marketing modules.
