What is Outlook Calendar™?

Outlook Calendar is the calendar and scheduling component of Outlook that is fully integrated with email, contacts, and other features from Microsoft suite.
Outlook streamlines your calendar management by allowing you to schedule meetings and events, share your calendar with your contacts, and check the availability of contacts whose calendars are shared with you.

Creating a new Livestorm event from Outlook Calendar™

When adding an event on Outlook Calendar™, the integration allows you to define Livestorm as videoconferencing provider and to take advantage of a 2-way synchronization:

• Any change (title, description, date, duration and guests) made on Outlook Calendar™ is automatically synchronized with a Livestorm event.
• Any change (title, description, date, duration and guests) made on the Livestorm event is automatically synchronized on your Outlook Calendar™ event.
• Every new registrant to the Livestorm's event will be automatically added to the guests list on the Outlook Calendar™ event.
• Each new contact of your Outlook Calendar™’s event guests list will be added to the Livestorm event as registrant (and he will receive his personal link).

This integration is currently available in beta.

To integrate Outlook Calendar™ with Livestorm, simply navigate to the Outlook Calendar (Beta) card under Account Settings in the Personal App Section sign in to your Microsoft Outlook account. For instructions on how to use this integration, check out this Help Center article.

Creating a new Outlook invite from Livestorm event
