Time for our February update! This month has been extra special, as Livestorm went under some significant changes.

Team-wide accounts (v.1)
The update we've all been waiting for is finally here! You can now add team members to your account 🎉
For now, added team members have a "moderator" role by default. You can add moderators to your account free of charge 💸
How this update helps you:
As the account owner, you don't have to share your login credentials with your team members anymore. They'll be able to access the dashboard to check up on any webinar analytics from their own profile. They will be able to request an export and have it delivered to their own email. No more forwarding any exports you've received to your email 👀 It's all handled individually. You can learn more about how to add team members in our Help Docs.
Once a team member is added to your account, you can assign them to your webinars as contributors. This way, they'll be able to access the webinar room and moderate your webinar. Just like you (the account owner), they will access the webinar room right from their Livestorm dashboard. We won't send them any confirmation emails or reminders with an access link.
Bear in mind that as moderators, they won't be able to create, edit, start or end webinars. Also, they won't be able to access the webinar settings and send email invites. This is something we'll enable with our "host" role coming very soon.
