Livestorm is committed to making its website and its online application accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

Test Results

The compliance audit conducted by Agence Aksé reveals the following accessibility scores:

For the website:

• 35% of the RGAA version 4 criteria are met. This score divides the number of Compliant criteria by the number of Not Applicable criteria.
• The website's average compliance rate is 56%. This score divides the number of Compliant criteria by the sum of Not Applicable and Non-compliant criteria.

For the app:

• 33.33% of the RGAA version 4 criteria are met. This score divides the number of Compliant criteria by the number of Not Applicable criteria.
• The website's average compliance rate is 54.9%. This score divides the number of Compliant criteria by the sum of Not Applicable and Non-compliant criteria.

Inaccessible content

Site non-conformities

• Decorative images are exposed to assistive technologies
• Some informative images do not provide a text alternative
• Language changes for English words on French pages are not declared
• Page structures are inconsistent
• Forms lack appropriate input validation, validation is not accompanied by suggestions, the purpose of input fields cannot be inferred, and some fields act as keyboard traps
• Pages do not provide two navigation mechanisms
• Content grouping regions cannot be avoided
• The menu does not include a skip link to jump directly to the content area
• Tab order is not consistent or focus is not visible on elements. Dialog windows do not constrain tab navigation, which continues outside their scope.
• Contrast ratios are insufficient on some elements of the menu and on audited pages in the sample
• On the pricing page, the table is not accessible
• Some non-decorative videos do not have a text alternative (audio description or other), notably on the “Powered by Livestorm” page

App non-conformities

• The pages' language code is missing
• Some informative images do not all contain a text alternative
• Contrast ratio is insufficient between buttons and the background. On forms, contrast between field outlines and their background is insufficient.
• Tab order is not consistent or focus is not visible on elements. Dialog windows do not constrain tab navigation, which continues outside their scope.
• Pages do not provide two navigation mechanisms
• Content grouping regions cannot be avoided
• The menu does not include a skip link to jump directly to the content area
• Forms lack appropriate input validation, validation is not accompanied by suggestions, and the purpose of input fields cannot be inferred.
• Information that appears temporarily is not exposed to assistive technologies
• The close icons of popups are inaccessible.
