What Is Collaborative Masterpiece?

Collaborative Masterpiece is a creative ice breaker game where coworkers work together to design a piece of art. Everyone pitches in to create a shared canvas, resulting in a unique and unexpected masterpiece.

The aim of the game is to foster collaboration. It also encourages fun and creativity, inviting everyone to contribute their own individual elements to a collective artwork.

Collaborative Masterpiece Rules

  1. Use a physical or virtual whiteboard to create your shared masterpiece.
  2. Have each participant take a turn adding a drawing, shape, or color to the canvas. Use a timer for each turn to keep things moving quickly. For example, allow one minute per turn.
  3. Let creativity flow. Participants can add whatever they like as long as it adds on to the evolving masterpiece.
  4. Keep playing until the timer runs out or everyone has contributed at least once.

  • Participant 1: Draws a sun in the corner of the canvas.
