Compliment Circle Rules

1. Pull everyone together in a virtual meeting on Livestorm.
2. Take turns giving out compliments. Make sure it's heartfelt and specific, focusing on what awesome stuff the person has done for the team.
3. After getting a compliment, it's your turn to pick someone and share some love. We'll go around until everyone's had a turn.
4. Keep the circle going until everyone’s shared and received some good vibes.
5. Let’s keep it chill and positive throughout, listening well and genuinely appreciating each other.
