What is Group Juggle

Group Juggle is an interactive and lively way to kick things off, aimed at boosting team collaboration and getting participants energized by working together to keep objects in the air in a coordinated way.

The aim is to boost team spirit and improve how we work together by juggling multiple objects at once. This really puts the spotlight on staying focused and helping each other out.

Group Juggle Rules

1. Get into a circle with your team.
2. Start with one soft thing (like a ball) and toss it to someone else in the circle, but make sure you catch their eye first.
3. Whoever catches it then picks another person to throw it to, making sure everyone gets a chance eventually.
4. Slowly add more things into the mix, but try to keep the throwing order the same.
5. Keep the juggle going, working hard to keep everything up in the air without letting anything hit the ground.
