2. Give each person 2 minutes to recall a memory linked to the question.
3. Then, go around the group, sharing your memories with storytelling flair.
4. Once everyone's shared, chat about the common themes or lessons learned.
5. Keep it going for as many rounds as you like, switching up the questions each time.
