What is Pair and Share?

Pair and Share is this fun team-building activity where people at work get to share personal stories and insights. It's all about building better friendships and understanding each other better at work.

Objective: We're aiming to get everyone exchanging stories and ideas, to really get to know each other and build a vibe of openness and trust.

Pair and Share Rules

1. Team up in pairs, trying to pick someone you don't usually chat with every day.
2. Grab a list of deep and interesting questions or topics.
3. Take turns talking about the topic for a bit while the other person listens closely.
4. After both have had a go, swap topics and do it all over again.
5. Now and then, encourage everyone to share some cool insights or what they've learned from their chats with everyone.

• Describe an accomplishment you're proud of and why.
• Talk about a hobby you're passionate about and how you got into it.
• Share a challenge you've faced at work and how you overcame it.
• Discuss a book or movie that profoundly impacted your life.
• Explain how you manage stress during peak work periods.
