What is Speed Networking

Speed Networking is a fun and efficient game that aims to create quick yet meaningful connections among coworkers within a time constraint.

Goal: The main idea is to help participants meet as many colleagues as possible, breaking the ice and potentially sparking collaborations through short one-on-one chats.

Speed Networking Rules

1. Split participants into two groups facing each other.
2. Use a timer for 3-5 minutes. Start chatting on specific topics or questions.
3. When time's up, one line shifts to the right for new partners.
4. Repeat until everyone has talked to each person from the other group.
5. Wrap up with a quick session for sharing interesting discoveries.
