WebinarJam's target audience is all size companies found in the US, Europe, and other locations globally. Around 50 employees work for WebinarJam, the majority of which studied programming and were rated highly skilled in marketing. The software is available in Spanish, Portuguese, and other languages and it can be used on most devices.

Although GoToWebinar was designed to be used in the browser, it can also be accessed via an application for mobile or tablet. The same is true for WebinarJam.

GoToWebinar helps its users promote with the ability to personalize their channels and invitation emails. With that said, though, the platform lacks an embed form feature, which might impact conversions. WebinarJam users can get the word out with branded registration pages, but the fields are very limited, and custom fields cannot be added.

Activating users in GoToWebinar is easy with a real-time engagement dashboard. Emoji reactions, however, are not an option. WebinarJam offers plenty of in-room engagement features, like chat, polls, and surveys, but there is no question upvote feature.

GoToWebinar is also equipped with event analytics and source tracking, but there is no way to assess how many attendees used the “replay” feature. WebinarJam gives users access to some basic event analytics; however, users cannot automatically share replays.

GoToWebinar vs WebinarJam: integrations

GoToWebinar offers users more than 20 native integrations, including Salesforce and Marketo. WebinarJam, by contrast, only provides a limited amount of native integrations, such as Keap and Drip.

A useful API solution is available for GoToWebinar, via LogMeIn, the platform's parent company. WebinarJam also supports an API for third-party platforms and gives detailed syncing instructions on its website.

Plugins and widgets can also be easily created for GoToWebinar, due to its public SDK feature. WebinarJam, on the other hand, does not offer an SDK or any plugins or widgets that would improve the in-app experience.

All GoToWebinar integrations are presented in the platform's integration marketplace, along with detailed explanations of each option. WebinarJam, by contrast, does not offer any app marketplace, but users who are curious about available integrations can view them by creating a user account. This can be done before purchasing a plan.

GoToWebinar vs WebinarJam: pricing

No GoToWebinar plans are free at this time. WebinarJam does not appear to offer a free plan, but all of its plans have a $1 two-week trial offer.

GoToWebinar’s most affordable plan is called Lite. This costs $49 per month and permits as many as 100 attendees. Webinarjam’s entry-level pricing plan is called Basic, available for $499 a year. The Basic plan is capped at 500 attendees.

Small businesses using GoToWebinar have two plans to choose between. The Standard plan starts at $99 per month for up to 250 people, while the Pro plan starts at $199 and supports 500 people. WebinarJam offers small businesses the Professional plan at $699 per year, which allows a maximum of 2,000 attendees.

Finally, GoToWebinar offers a great solution for large businesses with its Enterprise plan. This solution starts at $399 per month and supports up to 3,000 attendees. WebinarJam also has a solution designed for corporations, also called Enterprise, which supports up to 5,000 attendees for $999 a year.
