Adobe Connect can be labeled as a web conferencing software which enables remote communication with hundreds. Launched in 2005 Adobe Connect has its central office in San Jose, California, United States. Adobe Connect's biggest clients would be considered to be all size corporations based around the world. Approximately 1,400 staff members work for Adobe Connect, with a large percentage that studied software engineering and have developed an expertise in computational science. The platform is available in Brazilian, Dutch, and more and it is compatible with most devices.

It is possible to use WebinarJam on any device since it is browser-based. However, attendees cannot dial in via their phones. Adobe Connect can be accessed from both a browser and an app.

WebinarJam's trackable registration page helps customers promote events. This form is limited; one cannot add custom fields to measure unique metrics. Adobe Connect also enables registration forms, which can be listed on an event catalog. Like WebinarJam, there are no custom fields.

WebinarJam offers many standard in-room engagement features, like chats, polls, and surveys. With that said, there is no live answer notification feature. In Adobe Connect, users share PDFs and draw on a whiteboard, but hosts have no background customization.

WebinarJam is notable in that it allows users to automate some actions. However, recorded events cannot be automatically shared with attendees. As for Adobe Connect, it provides a comprehensive engagement dashboard but has no automation capabilities.

WebinarJam vs Adobe Connect: integrations

WebinarJam only offers a limited amount of native integrations, most of which are autoresponders and CRMs, like Keep, Mailchimp, and Drop. Adobe Connect offers native integrations mostly for its virtual classroom use case.

Developers wishing to create custom integrations for AdobeConnect can do so with its web service API. WebinarJam also offers an API for third parties and shares some examples on how to use it.

Unfortunately, there are no available WebinarJam plugins or widgets that would improve the in-app experience. AdobeConnect, by contrast, does offer its own widgets, called Custom Pods. Adobe also provides an SDK to allow developers to make their own Pods.

Those curious about WebinarJam's integrations will have to subscribe to the service or study the platform's documentation as they don't have a public marketplace. AdobeConnect does have a publicly available app and integration marketplace, which lists all integration and Custom Pod options.

No free plans are available for WebinarJam, although it does offer a 14-day free trial period for all plans. Adobe Connect does have a free plan, which supports meetings of up to three participants.

WebinarJam offers three annual plan options. The first, Basic, costs $499 per year and supports up to 500 attendees per event, two hosts, and two hours of streaming. Adobe Connect's entry-level plan, Adobe Connect Meetings, costs $50 a month and supports up to 25 participants.

WebinarJam's second plan, Professional, costs $699 per year. It supports up to 2000 attendees, four hosts, and a maximum 3-hour duration. Adobe Connect's next available tier, Webinars, supports up to 100 attendees for $130 a month.

Finally, WebinarJam offers an Enterprise plan solution for $999 per year. This supports 5,000 attendees, up to 6 hosts, and a 4-hour duration. Customers must contact sales to learn about Adobe Connect's enterprise plan and its pricing.
