There are no size requirements for virtual meeting background photos in BlueJeans. However, for the best viewing experience, BlueJeans recommends cropping your image to match your camera’s aspect ratio. If you experience issues with your virtual background, verify that the system requirements are met.
For the best experience with BlueJeans’ virtual background images, users should download and install the latest version of BlueJeans. In addition, make sure to use a recent operating system. For Windows, 64-bit versions of Windows 10 & Windows 8.1 will be supported. For Mac, use version 10.11 and above.
If BlueJeans’ virtual meeting background feature is not working for you, your device may not support it. As of 2021, it is not supported on MacBook Air 9.1 or 8.2; Macbook Pro 11.3, 10.1, or 9.1; or iMac 14.3, 14.2, or 13.2. In addition, make sure your graphics driver is updated to the latest version.
